But I got BORED!!!

How time flies....

Wow! I am getting really bad at this posting thing!! Here is an update on the Hoen family.

A few days after we got home from our Denver trip, Dan's sister Becky came into town. We had lots of fun playing at the cabin, going to the movies, Jumping Jacks and the Zoo!


On the 17th was Jayme's 7th Birthday! Happy Birthday Jayme!! I can't believe how old he is getting. The hardest part is accepting that he will be eight next year and getting baptized! We had a little party that night with just our family. He wanted a Lego Indiana Jones cake. I thought that it turned out pretty good. Jayme helped me put it all together.

Trip to Denver

So, I know that I haven't posted for a while but, I have a good reason! I went to visit my Mom, Dad, and Sister in Denver. We had a great time!!

We got a late start on Thursday because of stupid Walmart!! I have got to quit getting my oil changed there! It is just so convient to be able to drop it off and then get my errands done. Oh, well...

We loved hanging out with cousins, going to the park swimming and I loved shopping with my mom!
One of my favorite moments... Kyle got out of the pool. Water was streaming from his swim trunks. He looked very confused and then said a second later, "BUT, MOM I AM POTTY TRAIN!!"

How do you answer the question,

"Mom, when was the 1970s?"

These Mommy answers do not work...

"Well, right now it is 2008, before the year 2000, it was 1999, blah, blah, blah"

"Daddy and I were born in the 1970s." (Jayme's response: "It must have been a long time ago because you are old! But, when was it?)

"Before the 1980s." I was getting desperate!!
